In order to access our full services, we require a one-time registration. Services like viewing the full profile and interacting with our experts, joining the forum, availing the DOST Consultancy services, among others, are available only to our registered users.

You just need a valid and working email address.

Click on Login->Client Signup. Enter the required information and click Register. An activation link will be sent to your email.

Open your email and click on the activation link to start using our full services.

After registering, you need to activate your account in order to login.
If you have already activated your account, double check your email and password for typo errors.

First, check if you provided a valid and working email address? Have you double checked the spelling?
If yes, try logging in using the email address you registered. If your account has not been activated, the activation message will be automatically re-sent to your email address.
Also, check your Spam folder, your email provider might have redirected the message.
If the above doesn’t work, you can send a message to the Webmaster to check your account through the Contact page or you may try registering again.

In the menu bar, under the S&T Experts, click on Experts to view the experts available. An indicator beside their name shows whether the expert is online or not (green=online, red=offline). For real time interaction, you need an expert who is online.

To find the consultant or expert you need, you may type the name, field of specialization, location or agency affiliation or a combination of those in the General Search. You may also click on the Advance Search tab and filter directly the type of consultant you need.

Once you found your desired expert, you may now view his/her profile, contact the expert via a private message, listed contact number(s), email, video call thru Skype (requires a Skype account and installation) or post to their walls. Please note that wall posts are subject to the approval of the expert.

You may search for a specific topic though STARBOOKS. Just click on its logo in the homepage to open the STARBOOKS online portal.
You may also browse and search the forums, news and blogs for topics of your interest.

Technical consultancy and services provided and availed through One Expert are free. Should you need in-depth engagement, you may avail of the DOST Consultancy Services in which DOST will compensate the consultant for the services rendered to you.

Currently we do not have an online registration form for experts. Only DOST affiliated experts are registered into the website. to be able to be part of the experts pool. Contact or Visit the nearest DOST Regional Office at your location and look for our One Expert Project Coordinator or IT Administrator.
